• During the operation, please make sure your operation steps are strictly following the instruction manual. For machine debugging and adjustment, we will designate highly-skilled technicians to offer operator training, making sure they are familiar with the machine operation.
• Please check the engine oil and lubricating oil regularly.
• In order to prolong the lifespan of motor, please use blowing device to clean up the dust and particles left in the machine and components. Under most cases, the damage of motor is caused by too many wood leftovers in it.

What's the order process?
Firstly, after knowing about the client's demand, we will recommend suitable machine models, size and other technical specifications. When the client gives us his suggestion and requirements, we will help him to find the most suitable product and project. After all details are confirmed, we will send the client the quotation sheet and PI contract. 30% down payment is seen as the confirmation of order.

Payment and delivery
As for the payment, it's usually 30% as a down payment and a 70% balance. For some products, we have a certain quantity in stock. For other products, we will arrange production after receiving the down payment. If there is no special requirement, the delivery time is 30-40 days.

Quality Guarantee and after-sales service
Before delivery, we perform strict quality inspection and test on each set of our woodworking machine and also do trial run. After our machines are sent to the destination, we will assign technical employees to provide operator training and guidance. Within the warranty period, we offer free maintenance service and component replacement for defective parts under normal use.
