We provide patient and unrivaled technical support and after-sales service, including machine debugging, adjustment, repair, onsite service, installation, etc. In order to better service customers, we also have more than ten local franchisers in Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.

Our Teams
Our firm owns top-notch R&D team, QC team and customer service team to assure our businesses operate normally. The R&D team closely follows up the client's demands, brings up innovation and creativity on product design, improves the mechanical functions and characteristics and put forwards the most effective solution for customers. When it comes to QC team, our employees will run the machine before delivery, to make sure each set of woodworking equipment is qualified. As for customer service team, the members are mainly responsible for onsite service, remote guidance, component delivery and machine repair.

Onsite Service
If demanded, we can assign a professional technician to customer's place for offering machine adjustment service and operation training.

Remote Service
For any questions and doubts about machines, please feel free to contact our customer service employees or local franchisers. They will resolve your problems via video or other media.

Component Delivery and Repair
For defects in material or workmanship under normal use, we provide one-year free repair and replacement for key configurations like motor, servo motor and frequency converter. For component replacement, if you are one of our franchisers, please contact with our customer service workers in factory. If you are a client, please contact with the local franchiser. We will reply you in one week and send the components in the shortest possible time. If the machine is out of the warranty period, we will provide components for you and charge at cost price. If repair service and on-site service is demanded, we will charge you at a reasonable fee.

Configurations like motor, clip, frequency converter and servo motor are guaranteed during the warranty period. Wearing components like knife and drilling head are not guaranteed.
