Multiple Spindle CNC Slot Mortiser (Vertical Type)

This multiple spindle CNC slot mortiser is vertically aligned and equipped with two processing areas on both the left and right sides. This machine is mainly used for mortising straight and circular arc slots and drilling and reaming for dining tables and chairs. You load wood on the one side when the equipment is working on the other side. After finishing the work on one side, the machine will automatically operate on the other side, so as to realize a seamless, continuous processe. This machine will process 7000~8000 workpieces in 8 hours.

According to the number of cutter shafts, we have 5 models to choose from: GS-28-2×2 slot CNC mortising machine with 2×2 axes (2 on the front, 2 on the back), GS-28-3 3 axis slot CNC mortising machine (3 on the single side), GS-28-4 CNC slot mortiser 4 axis (4 on the single side), GS-28-3×3 slot CNC mortising machine with 3×3 axes (3 on the front, 3 on the back) and GS-28-4×4 spindle slot CNC mortiser with 4×4 axes (4 on the front, 4 on the back).

The products is divided by single cutter shaft or double cutter shaft. The double cutter shaft is more efficient. The main shaft is used for slot mortising, and the sub-shaft is used for drilling. Both of the shafts can work at the same time.

The well-designed two processing areas on both left and right sides allow operators to reasonably take advantages of labor and space. You can place the wood on the one side when the equipment is working on the other side. After finishing the work on one side, the machine will automatically operate on the other side to realize a continuous processes.

You can debug the position of the hand wheel to mortise different shapes of slots. 200 pre-sets can be saved inside to make the operation more efficient. The user interface is simple and clear, which makes it easy to operate.

The high-quality servo motor, actuator and well-set circuit ensure the system works smoothly and stably.

• Please turn on the machine, then debug and save the mechanical parameters on the screen.
• Debug the loading position, cutter position and sample position.
• Place the sample that needs to be debugged at the loading position, then activate the manual mode on the touch screen, then operate the hand wheel and carry out the slot mortising in manual mode.
• After completing and confirming the processes in manual mode, you can activate the automatic mode on the touch screen.
• Place the wood at the loading position, then press the start button.
